Sing Joy! is Coming – Salem United Church of Christ

SAVE THE DATE – Sing Joy! is Coming
On December 8, 4:00 p.m., Salem United Church of Christ will be hosting Sing Joy!, a choral concert including the combined choirs of Salem UCC, First Congregational UCC – Plymouth, St. Peter’s UCC – Kiel and Bethlehem UCC, Kiel.

This is a free concert, but a freewill offering will be accepted. Funds will be directed to disaster relief, on behalf fo the four churches involved. Last year was our inaugural year, held at St. Peter’s in Kiel and the group performed to a full house. We’re hoping for the same again this year here at Salem. So, please mark your calendars.

Also, there will be opportunities to volunteer and provide hospitality to the broader community. So, please consider helping out and reach out to Eileen Brooks, Amy Nischik, Kay Halle or Mary Mullen if you would like to help out. Our team will also be reaching out in the coming weeks for specific needs.

Marsha Meyer

Marsha is the Director of Youth and Family Ministries at Salem United Church of Christ. She completed the Christian Education Lay Academy, the Youth Ministry Lay Academy, and Faith Foundations 1 & 2 through the United Church of Christ Wisconsin Conference. Marsha came to Salem after serving as the Director of Youth Ministries at St Peter’s United Church of Christ in Kiel. Marsha lives in Elkhart Lake with her family. She is married to Peter; they have two children Cora and Sam.
