Night to Shine starts at Salem UCC and ends at CLC
February 7 @ 4:15 pm - 9:00 pm
Friday 2/7 at Salem UCC – 217 Salem Drive, Plymouth, WI. This is the timeframe for events:
4:15- 4:30pm – Decorate the buses – Billie, Brittany and other volunteers
6:30pm is when the tear down crew should arrive at Salem UCC.
Time TBD; around 7pm – Tear down Check in table after last guest arrives
Time TBD; around 7pm – Tear down once the last king and queen are out of the rooms
7pm – Tear down Crowning area and hallways and red carpet area once last king and queen go through. We can also have volunteers continue to clean up at Salem UCC.
The party will start at 7pm – Head to Christian Life Church – 300 Rustic Street, Plymouth, WI. We will have dinner there in the volunteer area and enjoy the experience while we wait for time to tear down at Christian Life Church. The event at CLC ends at 9pm.
