Night to Shine set up at Salem UCC
February 5 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
We will start decorating around 5 PM at Salem UCC – 217 Salem Drive, Plymouth, WI. We will be putting on tablecloths where they are needed.
Check in / Red Carpet Area – we need woodsy things (trees/Lanterns)
Check in table – Billie has the overhang piece for the tables and nothing else is needed
Queen and King Check in area (main large gathering area open space with 1-2 high tops) and decorate windows by office in that space
Kings and Queens rooms – decorate bulletin boards and maybe decorate the tables. Put up a backdrop in the King’s’ room by the shoeshine to cover window
2 Hallways – one by the queen and kings room we will decorate but we won’t decorate the hallway on the way into the Crowning Area (sanctuary). We could put decorations on bulletin boards if needed
Here to cheer check in – Table by wall we could decorate with lanterns/centerpiece.
