Endowment Grants
The Endowment Committee met in April and is pleased to announce the following grants have been approved:
Project Angel Hugs – money to cover postage to mail letters and boxes to youth in the program with cancer
Zoar Salem Cemetery – Money to continue working on maintenance of headstones and lawn upkeep
Bread of Life radio broadcast – funds to cover shortfalls of the weekly broadcast
Ukraine Refugees – $1,000 to support refugees thru the UCC Conference.
The Endowment Committee meets twice a year to fund grants which fall into three areas: Existing ministries, Capital improvements, and Innovative ministries. We will be offering grants again in October. Please consider how a grant could help fund a ministry or improvement you are interested in. Committee members are Tom Daigle, Alayne Krause, Mary Mullen, Kay Scheible, and Pastor Hoppert.
